We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care processes, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently while optimizing the clinic's calendar.
- Handle medical collections and ensure accurate billing practices are followed.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with health information management standards.
- Operate Open Dental software for patient management and scheduling tasks.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding their treatment plans and insurance coverage.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk role within a medical or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Familiarity with dental/medical collection processes and insurance verification is a plus.
- Experience with Open Dental or similar practice management software is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving patient experiences is highly valued.
