We're looking for a Clinic Lead MA to lead day-to-day operations at our new Cherry Creek location. This isn't a rooming job. You'll be the first face our walk-in patients see, often the person they trust most, and a genuine clinical partner to our providers when they're on-site. What You'll Do
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling with precision
- Run Red Light Therapy bed sessions start to finish, including screening and follow-up
- Get to know our patients and introduce them to memberships and services where it genuinely fits
- Support providers in-person: chart review, EMR documentation, and medication order transcription as directed
- Manage patient needs remotely when providers are working elsewhere
- Handle scheduling, ordering meds and supplies for patients, keeping the office stocked, and coordinating lab pickups
- Complete intake documentation, health history review, and injection training for patients
What We're Looking For
- Real phlebotomy experience and a current BLS/CPR certification
- Poise and maturity: someone comfortable representing a premium brand with discerning clients
- Prior experience in a membership-based, concierge, aesthetic, or wellness setting is a strong plus
- Equally capable working independently or alongside a provider, since our day isn't built on a fixed rooming schedule
- EMR proficiency required; AdvancedMD experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and genuinely excited to grow in a specialized field
