Job Summary:
As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you are the face of Marty's, providing excellent customer service with a smile. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, handling transactions, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring guests leave happy. Whether at the register or dining area, you’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions with precision.
- Ensure food is delivered to guests promptly and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, counters, and beverage stations.
- Assist with refilling condiments, napkins, and drink stations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive attitude.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a fast-food or QSR environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
