Client Service Associate
We’re looking for a curious, fast‑learning Client Service Associate who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is excited to grow within an independent advisory firm. What You’ll Do
- Lead the setup and maintenance of client accounts, including new accounts, distributions, and transfers
- Partner closely with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients and prospects
- Build trusted relationships through timely, accurate work and clear communication
- Use our CRM to manage tasks, track client information, and keep the team informed
- Respond to daily client requests and ensure smooth account servicing
- Collaborate with Wealth Managers on questions, service needs, and ongoing client support
- Coordinate private investment enrollment, paperwork, and timelines
- Support and back up teammates as needed
- Assist with special projects and help solve unique challenges as they arise
- Help guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Motivation to provide outstanding client service and contribute to a supportive team culture
This is a hybrid position in the southwest metro of Minneapolis, MN requiring successful background and credit check for employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
