Candidate Requirements
To maintain our elite standards, successful applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Age & Experience: Must be 25 years of age or older (a mandatory requirement for vehicle patrol operations).
- Credentials: A valid Driver’s License and a Nevada PILB Guard Card are required. Candidates currently holding Provisional status are encouraged to apply.
- Integrity: Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive drug screening. Please note: Due to commercial driving regulations, marijuana remains a disqualifying substance for all patrol positions.
- Professional Drive: A strong commitment to public safety and a desire to make a tangible, positive impact on community security.
