As a Surveyor, you will manage both in-office and field tasks, supervise technical staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll play a key role in project management, client consultations, and regulatory presentations.
Responsibilities – What you will do

Supervise survey computations, field work, data collection, and CAD drafting

Stamp and sign surveys under your direct supervision

Consult with clients on surveying issues and project details

Provide guidance to field crews and technical staff

Oversee preparation of survey plans and flood elevation certificates

Conduct deed and map research and review

Represent the company at local and state regulatory hearings
Qualifications - What We’re Looking For

Registered Professional Land Surveyor license required

B.S. or A.A. in a technical field or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience in surveying

Ability to interpret construction plans, record maps, and boundary procedures

Strong knowledge of survey computations and accuracy standards
