Landscape Supervisor

What You'll Do:
- Construction of hardscape, landscapes, drainage, sod, and lighting jobs for both residential and commercial clients.
- Direct a crew to bring jobs to completion within set time and budget parameters while maintaining accurate records.
- Work with crew members for continued growth & improvement.
- Routinely interact in a professional manner with clients throughout the course of a job by answering questions, responding to client requests, and providing a walk-through at the job’s completion.
- Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment daily.
- Snow removal as needed.
Who You Are:
- Verifiable experience & technical knowledge with plants, hardscape, drainage, & equipment operation.
- Verifiable experience as a crew foreman/project manager completing projects start to finish in an efficient manner.
- Able to set & achieve realistic production goals within a time sensitive schedule.
- Knowledgeable in safe construction practices & equipment operation.
- Proficient with landscape maintenance & installation.
- Able to operate equipment including, but is not limited to, mini excavators, bobcats, mini skid steers, & driving truck/trailer .
The Basics:
- Must possess a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round.
- Assist with snow and ice removal in the winter, along with varied duties.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
