Sales Consultants begin with a guaranteed monthly salary, and as performance improves, compensation grows with it.
Current Compensation Levels Include:
Entry Level – $4,000 Monthly Salary
Professional Level – $5,000 Monthly Salary
Executive Level – $6,500 Monthly Salary
Master Level – $8,500 Monthly Salary

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll create exceptional customer experiences while helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and create an outstanding first impression
Respond quickly to phone, internet, and digital sales leads
Build rapport and identify customer needs using a consultative sales approach
Present vehicle features, benefits, and conduct professional test drives
Follow the Walt Massey sales process with every customer interaction
Guide customers confidently through the purchasing process
Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM systems
Complete daily outreach through calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos
Follow up with previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
Ask for reviews and referrals after each delivery
Use social media to promote inventory, deliveries, and dealership events
Participate in training, coaching, and personal development opportunities
