AM/PM RESTAURANT MANAGER
Indian Crossing Casino is looking for a hospitality-focused PM Restaurant Manager to lead evening operations, guest service, and staff performance.This position is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while managing service teams during dinner service, weddings, private events, and live entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead afternoon/morning/evening front-of-house operations
- Coach and develop service staff
- Ensure service standards are maintained
- Manage guest relations and service recovery
- Assist with scheduling and labor management
- Support bar, restaurant, and event operations
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
- Qualifications:
- Restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling software preferred
