TANA is a new fine dining Italian concept from award winning chef Michael Gulotta. We are looking for AM and PM line cooks to join our talented team.
Job Requirements:

at least 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining establishment or upscale casual restaurant

reliable transportation
-
legally allowed to work in the United States

solid knife skills
Job Responsiblities:

work cleanly and efficiently through the days tasks

accurately prepare recipes, prep ingredients & assemble mise en place in a timely manner
-
prepare and plate dishes consistently according to chef specs
- maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
- communicate with coworkers and managers concisely, clearly and professionally
- uphold our high standards of service, quality and professionalism in all tasks.

properly maintain ingredients and prepped items for food service

properly store and label food items
-
break down, clean and close your station and the kitchen. We leave together.
