This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and wants to grow into a production management or operations leadership role.
Responsibilities
* Visit active job sites daily.
* Ensure crews maintain clean and organized work areas.
* Take detailed progress and completion photos.
* Verify work quality and identify punch-list items.
* Deliver or pick up materials when needed.
* Coordinate with suppliers and crews.
* Assist with customer communication during projects.
* Report job progress to management.
* Help ensure projects stay on schedule.
* Represent XYZ professionally at every job site.
* Assist with final inspections and quality control.
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license.
* Reliable transportation.
* Strong communication skills.
* Organized and dependable.
* Comfortable working outdoors.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Construction experience is a plus but not required.
* Roofing experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
* Problem solver with a positive attitude.
