Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced gate technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial gate systems and operators. As a small, family-owned business, our team works closely together daily, so we are looking for someone dependable, professional, and able to work well with others.
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair automatic gate systems and operators
- Install and service commercial and residential gate systems
- Program and configure access control systems, remotes, keypads, and safety devices
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Requirements:
- Experience with DoorKing and LiftMaster operators
- Knowledge of swing gates, slide gates, telephone entry systems, and access control
- MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD – NON-NEGOTIABLE!!
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors
