Job Description:
Job Title - RN - Home Health (Nurse Assesor)
Job Locations - (Hybrid - 2 days remote and 3 days on-site) (Candidate can choose one)

- Brooklyn - Midwood-Flatbush
- Manhattan - Upper East/West Side
- Queens - The Rockaways
- Queens - Jackson Heights
- Queens - Long Island City
- Nassau County
- Hudson Valley - Westchester
- Pay Range - $54 - $55/hr + $86.25/weekly for mileage
- Duration - 12 months of contract + possible extension upto 5 years
- ONE MONTH REMOTE TRAINING OF UAS
Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Pay: $54.00 - $55.00 per hour
