Holiday Inn Express is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Inspector to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy clean, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms every stay.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and helps maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
- Support and assist housekeeping staff as needed
- Help train, coach, and motivate team members
- Assign rooms and update room status in the system
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and health standards
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous hotel housekeeping or room inspection experience preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks as needed
