We are an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists and chiropractors who frequently collaborate to improve diagnostic clarity, nurture better patient outcomes and compliance.
Clinical Experience
You’ll work with patients across orthopedic care, including spine related disorders, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and general musculoskeletal conditions. Experience working alongside chiropractors is valued, and openness to interdisciplinary collaboration is important.
Technology & Clinical Support
You’ll have access to objective tools that support clear evaluations and informed decision-making, including:
- Digital weight-bearing X-rays
- KinetiSense movement analysis
- MedX cervical and lumbar strength testing
- Non-surgical spinal decompression
- Class IV high-intensity laser therapy
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist with a solid foundation in orthopedic care and exercise prescription who values teamwork and clear communication.
Mentorship is available for newer graduates, and experienced clinicians are encouraged to contribute their skills and perspective within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Use objective findings to guide care decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards
- Communicate clearly with patients and team members
- Participate in clinic initiatives and performance incentives
Qualifications
- DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapy license (required)
- BLS Certification
- Strong orthopedic assessment and exercise prescription skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Interest in active care and functional movement

Schedule
- Monday through Friday (Flexible Schedule for Part-Time)
- Pay incentive available for Saturday availability
Salary
- $90-120k/year + profit sharing ($5-20k/year)
- PT hours available as well, but pay would be pro-rated accordingly
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
