American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of acute hospital experience and ARRT(CT) certification for a 13-week travel assignment in Hawaii.

Diagnostic Imaging department performing CT and vascular technologist duties

10-hour varied shifts with no call requirement

13-week assignment length

Minimum 3 years of experience required, including at least 2 years in an acute hospital setting

Current BLS certification required

Current ARRT(CT) certification required

Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required by start of assignment; license required if applicable

Must be able to scan per radiologist protocols and perform routine CT scans independently without supervision

Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred

Experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies or drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging is a plus

All travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start, with appointments scheduled at the facility

Candidates should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to report to Employee Health that Friday morning

Proof of flu vaccination or an approved medical/religious exception is required prior to contract start, and flu vaccination can be administered during the employee health clearance appointment

No RTO will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract
