Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Manage installation crews and jobsite workflow
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate job documentation
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
QualificationsRequired:
- 4+ years of experience as an HVAC Lead Installer
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Ability to lead and motivate installation teams
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- EPA Certification
- Experience with heat pumps, high-efficiency systems, and duct modifications
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
