We are looking for experienced BOH / line cook.

Job description;
・Know and comply consistently with our standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures.
・Resolve any food quality issues that arise.
・Ensure that the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized.
・Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is kept in good repair; making sure malfunctioning equipment is repaired a quickly as possible.
・Ensure that the kitchen itself and all team members meet the necessary guidelines to ensure there are no injuries.
・Be familiar with and able to perform all kitchen positions.
・Assist with training new employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.13 - $22.00 per hour
