Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in specialty coffee, thrives in a busy environment, and is committed to delivering a consistently great product and guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working hard, working fast, and working with a tight-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to established quality standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every customer
- Follow opening and closing procedures, and assist with restocking and cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout each shift
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and cafe workflow
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability on weekends and flexibility for varied shifts
