Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement
Clark General Contracting is looking for motivated, competitive, and dependable Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
This is a 100% commission-based sales position focused on helping homeowners improve, repair, remodel, and maintain their properties. Our projects can range from exterior improvements and storm-related repairs to interior renovations and larger home improvement projects.
What you’ll do:
- Meet with homeowners to identify repair, renovation, and improvement opportunities
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Present home improvement solutions based on each homeowner’s needs
- Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the sales process
- Sell a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects
- Coordinate with our production team from signed contract through completion
- Maintain consistent communication with customers
- Develop your own sales pipeline while taking advantage of company-generated opportunities
Compensation:
- 100% commission – no hourly or salary base
- Commission is paid based on closed and completed projects
- Detailed commission structure will be explained during the interview
- Earnings are based directly on sales performance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and asking for the sale
- Previous sales or construction experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
