We're hiring Overhead Telecommunications Aerial Lineman to join our team. This is a full-time role with great benefits and the chance to work outdoors, learn valuable trade skills, and be part of a team that builds the future of communication infrastructure.
Job Description:
As an aerial lineman, you'll be working on crews that install and maintain overhead fiber optic cables. Every day is different — you'll be:
- Driving work trucks and towing trailers to job sites
- Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
- Digging, pulling ropes, and helping install aerial cables
- Setting up safety signs and equipment to protect your team
- Climbing in and out of trucks, bucket lifts, and other machines
- Working outdoors — rain or shine — and sometimes at heights
- Supporting skilled technicians and learning the trade
- Hanging wire & lashing cables
- Securing down-guy wires to ground anchors
- Restoring downed cables and services during outages and severe weather events.
Requirements:
- Are eager to learn, listen, and grow into a skilled trade
- Have a valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- Are at least 21 years old
- Can pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- Are comfortable working at heights and in an outdoor setting
- Can lift and move materials weighing 40–60 lbs (sometimes up to 100 lbs)
- Are available for full-time hours, including occasional weekends or emergency calls
- Some out of town work required.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
