Augusta Landworks is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for an immediate opening.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, safely, and productively without needing constant supervision.
Job Duties Include:
- Operating excavators, skid steers, tractors, mini excavators, and other heavy equipment
- Land clearing, grading, bush hogging, tree and debris work
- Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment
- Performing basic equipment inspections and daily maintenance
- Working efficiently from start to finish on assigned jobs
Requirements:
- Verifiable heavy equipment operating experience
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable transporting and securing equipment
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
- CDL is a plus
Pay: $22.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and ability.
This position is for an experienced operator. We are looking for someone dependable who wants steady work — not someone who frequently changes jobs or needs constant supervision.
