Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Floor Lead to join our team and drive exceptional customer experiences. As a key leader on the retail sales floor, you will oversee daily floor operations, motivate and manage staff, and promote a welcoming environment for shoppers. Duties
- Lead retail sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation,
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and operational procedures while fostering a positive work environment through effective managerial communication and leadership
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within the retail industry or sales team management environment
- Strong knowledge of retail math including basic math skills for cash handling, pricing,
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering,and operational management tools
- Experience in employee orientation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across shift management duties
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, supervise staff performance, and foster a collaborative store environment
