Overview
Boost Ebikes is hiring a friendly, dependable Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team in Littleton. We are a locally owned electric bike shop dedicated to helping customers find the right e-bike for their lifestyle while providing an outstanding in-store experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. While product education is part of the job, the primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, helpful environment
- Answer questions about e-bikes, accessories, and services
- Assist with test ride coordination and safety orientation
- Support checkout and point-of-sale transactions
- Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and customer area
- Assist with receiving inventory and restocking merchandise
- Coordinate with service technicians to support customer needs
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. However, we will train the right person with the right attitude.
- Service Industry Professionals (Bartenders/Servers) are encouraged to apply as your skills are highly transferrable.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Lightspeed is a huge plus), cash handling procedures, and basic retail math skills
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks including stocking shelves and organizing displays effectively
- Strong communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent phone and email etiquette and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Interest in cycling, outdoor recreation, or sustainable transportation
- Experience in a bike shop or specialty retail environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Experience with Lightspeed point of sale

Schedule
- 6 to 8 hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time opportunities available)
