Sell magazines to Realtors for use in keeping in touch with their SOI (sphere of influence). It is a high-end magazine sent via email, compliments of a Realtor. It is branded to each Realtor with additional space available if the Realtor wishes to offset some or all of the cost. Rates start at $299 per month with an introductory package that allows the Realtor to use the product one month for free. If they continue they save the production and get a discounted rate for the next 12 months of $199 per month.
Salary, plus commission, plus benefits after 90 days.
Applicant must earn $70,000+ per year.
Responsibilities
Call Realtors and explain the opportunity. Email (or mail) samples as necessary. Follow up to asnwer any questions and bring on-board.
Qualifications
Must have a good customer service attitude. Once an agreement is signed and turned it, company brings them on board, including producing their their first magazine. Only equipment necessary are a phone and a computer to use our CRM. Can be local or from anywhere since meeting customers is not necessary.
