What's on the table
- $32 to $40/hr depending on experience and certs, and we negotiate your rate for you. Most techs we talk to are $4 to $6/hr under market and don't know it
- Residential service roles across the valley, East and West side, with commercial available too
- Take-home truck, benefits, and signing bonuses at select shops
- You choose the shop. We don't send you anywhere you haven't said yes to
What we need
- EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)
- 1+ years of residential HVAC service experience. Fresh grads from RSI, GateWay, or EVIT: apply anyway, some of our clients train
- Valid AZ driver's license and a record clean enough to drive a company vehicle
How it works

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
