Dental Insurance Biller / Treatment Coordinator
Experienced Dental Insurance Professional | Full-Time | Private Practice

Our established private dental practice, serving the community since 2007, is seeking an outstanding Dental Insurance Biller / Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit team. With four operatories, a loyal patient base, and a reputation for providing exceptional care, we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step into the role with confidence and make an immediate contribution to our team.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Submit, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims
- Resolve denied and outstanding claims efficiently
- Manage accounts receivable related to insurance
- Present treatment plans and financial arrangements with professionalism and compassion
- Help patients understand their insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs
- Coordinate scheduling to maximize treatment acceptance and practice efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of recent dental insurance billing experience in a dental office.

- Experienced with dental practice management software (we use Open Dental)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
