What You'll Do
- Customized Solutions: Engage directly with residential and business prospects in your territory, diving into each customer's unique needs to recommend the right InfinityLink fiber internet, mobile, TV, or home phone package
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based conversations that position you as a trusted advisor — not just a salesperson — guiding customers to solutions that genuinely fit their lives and businesses
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling, confident pitches in the field that showcase the advantages of InfinityLink's services, addressing concerns and objections with ease
- Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring every customer feels confident and excited about their new service
- Relationship Building: Provide exceptional follow-through and post-sale support that turns new customers into long-term advocates and referral sources
- Community Presence: Participate in trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, and other community activities during and outside of regular business hours to generate leads and expand InfinityLink's presence
- Documentation & CRM: Complete all sales paperwork, contracts, and reports accurately and on time; maintain up-to-date records in CRM software to track contacts, sales, and follow-ups
- Market Awareness: Identify competitive threats and potential marketing opportunities and report findings to sales and marketing leadership
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales standards at all times
- Monthly Sales Goals: Meet or exceed a minimum of 20 new customer sign-ups per month (approximately 1 per day)
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated Annual Compensation: $100,000+/year (base + commission)
- Base Salary: $35,000/year (commission earnings are estimated and not guaranteed)
- Company Car provided from day one — no waiting period, no using your personal vehicle
- Company provided cell phone
- Internet service allowance
- Full employee benefits package, including company-paid health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off

We invest in our people from day one. All new hires go through our comprehensive paid direct sales training program covering:
- InfinityLink's full product and service offerings
- Proven direct sales and consultative selling techniques
- Customer communication and objection handling
- Territory management and market strategy
No prior sales experience? No problem — we'll give you everything you need to hit the ground running.
