Inside Sales Executive – In-Office | Virginia Beach, VA
Native Nation Events is a nationally recognized conference and training organization seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our Virginia Beach team. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone looking to launch a successful career in sales within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person (Virginia Beach, VA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please note: This is a fully in-office role. Remote work is not available.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $45,000
- Commission opportunities: Strong performers typically earn $75,000–$80,000 annually
- Uncapped earning potential
Responsibilities:
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to past and prospective attendees using our warm lead database
- Build strong relationships and close sales by understanding client needs
- Track sales activity and follow up using CRM software
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by leadership
- Assist with additional sales-related tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to conferences and events as needed
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
