Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Quality & Safety Representative to champion safety standards and quality assurance. In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, manage occupational health protocols, and uphold construction quality standards. Your expertise will help foster a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment, driving project success from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and ANSI (American National Standards Institute) guidelines to ensure a safe construction site environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site assessments to identify hazards, enforce compliance with OSHA, NEC (National Electrical Code), and other relevant regulations.
- Manage occupational health initiatives by assessing risks, implementing injury prevention strategies, and ensuring workers’ compensation procedures are followed accurately.
- Oversee construction management processes using construction management software to track safety metrics, quality benchmarks, and compliance documentation.
- Lead incident investigations for accidents or near-misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk management plans that address potential hazards proactively.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere strictly to regulatory requirements related to occupational health, safety standards, and environmental health & safety (EHS).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in construction site safety and quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, NEC codes, and construction regulatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management practices within a construction environment.
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and workers’ compensation procedures.
- Proficiency in using construction management software for tracking compliance and safety metrics.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations combined with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to conduct thorough site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations confidently.

Pay: $38.50 - $43.25 per hour
