Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall appearance and cleanliness of commercial properties. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows in various commercial settings, ensuring streak-free results.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to achieve optimal cleanliness.
- Utilize rope access skills and other equipment safely to access high-rise windows.
- Conduct routine inspections of windows for damage or wear, reporting any issues to management.
- Maintain clean and organized work equipment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with rope access work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work at heights safely and confidently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
