What is in it for you?
As a Senior Healthcare Consultant, you will collaborate with healthcare clients and cross-functional teams to analyze business and operational challenges, define requirements, facilitate solution development, and support the implementation of healthcare transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities: -
- To work with client’s business unit to understand business problems and conceptualize how product features can solve the business problems.
- Suggest new software features to improve business functions.
- Conceptualize and implement end-to-end solutions for clinical data integration.
- Prepare clients solution backlog, user stories with descriptions, and user acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between the business users and the technical team executing the project.
- Map data elements from multiple sources with the Transaction Repository and use mappings to define parsing logic.
- Perform data analytics on parsed data.
- Identify issues in source data and provide relevant data to downstream applications.

Princeton, New Jersey and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Educational Qualifications: -
- Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience
- In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post bachelor’s IT experience.
Skills: -
- One of the two years must include experience with HL7, MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps and Tableau.
