Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Sales Associate to serve as the primary engine for our outbound prospecting. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, utilizing tools like Apollo.io to identify, qualify, and initiate relationships with new accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify and qualify new clients through research, cold-calling, targeted emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Campaign Management: Build, execute, and monitor outbound sales campaigns to keep our pipeline full.
- Data Hygiene: Utilize Apollo.io to keep client data clean, organized, and up to date.
- Relationship Building: Develop initial rapport with prospects, effectively communicating Liminal’s value proposition on both technical and non-technical levels.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal team members to ensure potential and successful deals are transitioned accurately and efficiently.
- Visibility (Optional/As Needed): Attend select trade and business development functions, as requested, to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven success in a sales, business development, or prospecting role.
- Tech Stack: Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Apollo.io or similar sales intelligence tools is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect personally with prospects and manage expectations seamlessly.
- Mindset: High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team success. You are decisive, ambitious, and possess a strong remote work ethic.
Compensation
- Base Rate: $20 – $25 / hour (depending on Apollo/sales experience)
- Incentives: Commission/Bonus structure per qualified meeting booked and deal closed.
Job Details
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week (Flexible, but must fall within standard business hours)
- Location: 100% Remote (US-Based)
- Must be available during normal business hours
