What you’ll be working on:
- Assisting the medical provider in patient rooms
- Administrative duties
- Performs all other duties or assume responsibilities as directed by the supervisor, providers or other staff to maintain the office flow and support the goals of the practice
What you’ll need:
- University degree or current student - Pre med/ Pre PA track
- Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
- Experience with working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams is a plus)
- A proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care
- A proven track record of persisting through change, consistently stepping up to take action on challenges, and learning quickly and effectively when faced with new situations or tasks
- Fluent in Spanish in written and verbal communication
