TURN LEADS INTO REVENUE
We’re looking for a motivated, competitive, and sales-driven Sales Manager who knows how to turn conversations into booked appointments, memberships, and revenue.

$18/HOUR + COMMISSION
Base Pay: $18/hour + commission
Your hourly wage gives you a dependable base, while your commission gives you the opportunity to increase your income based on your sales performance.

YOUR INCOME IS DRIVEN BY PERFORMANCE
We want a Sales Manager who doesn’t stop at making calls.
Your goal is to generate revenue.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Responding to leads
- Making outbound sales calls
- Following up with missed calls and inquiries
- Texting potential customers
- Booking appointments
- Selling additional services
- Rebooking existing customers
- Following up on estimates
- Converting leads into paying customers
- Selling memberships
- Tracking sales activity
- Helping increase average customer value
COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES
You’ll earn commission based on scheduled and successfully booked jobs, with incentives designed to reward higher production.

Sell and book:

CARPET CLEANING
Sell and book:
- Carpet cleaning
- Deep carpet cleaning
- Stain treatment
- Pet odor treatment
- Upholstery cleaning
- Area rug cleaning
- Stair cleaning
- Water-damage-related services
- Commercial cleaning services
- Additional cleaning services
AUTO GALLERY WORKSPACES
Sell memberships and workspace rentals to:
- Auto detailers
- Mobile detailers
- Mechanics
- Automotive entrepreneurs
- Other qualified automotive professionals
Your job is to turn interested prospects into paying members and long-term customers.
