Badger Liquor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Mechanic to keep our conveyor systems and warehouse equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong mechanical skills who takes pride in preventing downtime and keeping operations running.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and warehouse equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Replace and adjust conveyor components

Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed

Conduct routine equipment inspections

Coordinate maintenance with vendors and internal teams

Occasionally travel to other Wisconsin locations to support maintenance needs
- Has experience maintaining conveyor systems, forklifts, vehicles, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery

Has strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Works well independently with minimal supervision

Is committed to safety and quality workmanship

Wants to build a long-term career on a consistent overnight schedule
