IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be at the forefront of our sales efforts
- Be a vital role in generating leads and connecting with potential customers in residential neighborhoods
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads
- Identify potential customers interested in our painting solutions
- Work independently as well as with our team
- Represent our company in a professional and positive manner
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to walk for long hours a day
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales
- Previous canvassing or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills. Able to communicate things simply, clearly and accurately.
- Experience working in the construction industry.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license

Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our programs, services, or fundraising initiatives with confidence and professionalism
- Engage with community members through friendly conversations, clearly explaining our mission and answering questions to build trust
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to motivate potential supporters to get involved or contribute
- Manage telemarketing calls to follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, or gather feedback efficiently
- Assist in organizing and participating in community events or outreach campaigns to maximize visibility
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, donations, or commitments using provided tracking tools
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop effective canvassing strategies and improve outreach efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for guiding others is valued
- Strong background in marketing, customer service, sales, or telemarketing to effectively promote our initiatives
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate with diverse communities and broaden outreach impact
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey messages clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to encourage support or participation from community members
- Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing or fundraising is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
