At AMS, we’re looking for a Coordinator - Talent Sourcing (Spanish Speaker) who brings more than experience. We are seeking someone with curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunity. In this role, you will support sourcing activities, build talent pipelines, engage with candidates, and partner with recruiters and stakeholders to help deliver successful hiring outcomes.
Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken, are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with Spanish-speaking candidates, stakeholders, and hiring teams across the region. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset will be key to success in this role.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Use your sourcing expertise to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
- Apply your market knowledge and talent intelligence to contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls.
- Use Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn, company websites and other sourcing tools to identify and engage diverse talent.
- Drive creative and non‑linear sourcing approaches using both conventional and unconventional channels.
- Deliver high‑quality, well‑engaged candidate shortlists with accurate and complete information to support informed hiring decisions.
- Use your advisory skills to provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain timely, proactive communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers across levels.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline and flow of relevant candidates for each open role.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
- Fluency in Polish would be considered a strong advantage and highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Transferable experience or knowledge in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting, or candidate attraction.
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools, or strong learning agility to build expertise quickly.
- Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data‑driven and inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to work independently, deliver results with minimal supervision and maintain accountability.
