Job Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Learn, plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum to the children in your care.
- Become and stay familiar with KRK policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Maintain daily communication with the families of the children in your care.
- Establish positive, respectful, and professional relationships with children, parents, and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Degree/CDA preferred. High School Diploma or GED excepted
- Passion for teaching and working with children
- Good customer service skills
- Team-based collaboration
- Flexibility
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- At this time we are looking for new hires to be willing to drive our small buses to pick up children for aftercare. A valid driver's license is required.
Kids ‘R’ Kids Teachers focus their efforts on executing Kids ‘R’ Kids programs as designed. All Tasks are to be performed within the Kids ‘R’ Kids policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulatory agencies.
