Job Overview:
We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and goal-oriented individual to step into the Fitness Sales Associate role at our RockBox Fitness Studio. The Fitness Sales Associate is a crucial role within our RockBox Fitness team, primarily focusing on membership sales, gear sales, managing leads, and member engagement. This includes making calls, sending texts, and emails. You should excel in phone communication and having people skills is essential. Most importantly, you must engage with members to make them feel welcome and a part of the RockBox family. If you're passionate about fitness, wellness, and building relationships, this position may be ideal for you.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Sales andLeadManagement: Actively manage leads through our Club Ready system, engage with potential and existing clients via phone calls, text messages, and emails, and ensure a steady flow of bookings and sales.
● Membership Sales: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting and selling RockBox memberships to new prospects and members alike.
● Member Engagement: Nurture strong relationships with members by developing a rapport, familiarizing yourself with member names and participating in social media engagement. Regular participation in classes is also essential to maintain a robust connection with the RockBox community.
● Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area, restocking gear and replenishing studio forms as required.
● Arena Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of the arena and its equipment including the water fountains, restrooms, and storage closets.
● Studio Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the studio to include the windows, outside around the building, and the front entrance area. Skills for Success:
