The Behavior Train is a pediatric ABA therapy clinic dedicated to helping children with autism and special needs thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services in a calm, structured, and drama-free environment. We’re looking to hiring an individual to develop into an ABA practitioner. As part of our close-knit team, you’ll play a steady, supportive role in helping children build essential skills while contributing to something bigger than yourself.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children (ages 2–9) using positive reinforcement and praise
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect accurate data and take detailed session notes to track each child’s progress
- Use natural environment teaching, play-based activities, and structured lessons to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Partner with families and your clinical team to create consistent, supportive progress for every child

- More introverted or balanced in energy — comfortable focusing on one child at a time while still being a reliable team player
- Coachable, committed, and excited to learn a meaningful new skill set
- Interested in behavior, psychology, education, or child development
