Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages when necessary
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing files
Support office management activities including supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and maintaining office equipment
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, whether in person or via phone or email
Skills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with productivity software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with front desk operations, clerical tasks, and office management responsibilities
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, data entry tools, and basic bookkeeping applications like QuickBooks
