Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, reliable, and engaging individual to join our team as a Student Program Supporter. This is a 5-10 hour a week position-time, local role perfect for someone who is passionate about community engagement and hands-on education.

We're a fast-growing small business based in Jersey City, on a mission to spark curiosity in the next generation of innovators - AND we are starting our first programs in Hoboken! We run hands-on classes and camps for kids ages 5–18 in drone flying, drone photography, and circuits. Our students walk away with real skills, big smiles, and the confidence to build the future. We will provide all your training.
Position Details
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, 6 hours per week on average (maximum 10 hours/week) - Saturday programs to start
- Location: Hoboken, NJ (local candidates only)
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on STEM activities (drones and related programming) for students at a Newark library
- Create a high-energy, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Set up, manage, and break down equipment and materials for each session
- Maintain professionalism and reliability across both weekly sessions
Requirements
- Local to Hoboken, able to reliably commute with own transportation
- Flexible availability
- Engaging personality with the ability to lead and hold the attention of a group
- Punctual, organized, and able to work independently
