Responsibilities:
- Guide and support customers in arranging financing for their vehicle purchases.
- Offer additional finance products that enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
- Collaborate with sales management to ensure every customer benefits from Finance department expertise.
- Stay current with required certifications and industry knowledge.
- Accurately structure and submit deals for lender approvals, make credit decisions, and support successful deal closings.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Complete necessary paperwork efficiently.
- Expedite funding of contracts and support a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of dealership finance experience; a professional personal appearance with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and able to multitask; basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. Valid driver's license
Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:
· Provide outstanding customer service.
· Maintain lender relations and knowledge of respective lender programs and guidelines
· Prepare and review daily and monthly reports.
· Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Automotive finance Manager Requirements include but are not limited to:
