Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service policies
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, change distribution, and receipt issuance
- Support catering events or banquet functions by preparing drinks and serving guests efficiently in high-volume settings
- Demonstrate excellent time management to balance multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality service
- Uphold all food safety regulations related to food handling, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Previous experience working with brewing processes or in the food industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by hospitality operations
- Valid certifications related to food safety or responsible alcohol service are advantageous
