We specialize in fencing, gutters, blinds, home renovations, property maintenance, and exterior improvement services. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Residential Construction Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Position Summary
The Residential Construction Technician plays a key role in supporting construction projects and property improvement services. This position involves hands-on installation work, jobsite support, equipment maintenance, material transportation, quality control assistance, and general property maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Construction & Installation
- Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fencing.
- Assist with gutter and blind installations.
- Perform interior and exterior home repairs and renovations.
- Complete pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and general property maintenance tasks.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and jobsite safety.
Jobsite Operations
- Perform jobsite cleanup and organization.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment between company facilities and project locations.
- Assist HHS Teams with project support and field operations.
- Monitor project progress and communicate jobsite concerns or issues.
Equipment & Inventory Management
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance needs.
- Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, shop environment, trucks and trailers.
Quality Control & Documentation
- Conduct quality checks and report any concerns regarding workmanship or project progress.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and project records. (Connect Team, Teams, Text)
- Track schedules, jobsite updates, and completed tasks.
- Utilize company software and technology platforms to document project information.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 1 years of construction experience. (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles, tools, and construction equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Experience with fencing, gutters, home renovations, or property maintenance.
- Familiarity with Housecall Pro software or similar field service management platforms.
- Experience working in residential construction environments.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday (Full-Time)
- Occasional overtime as needed-Weekends
