Allstate is the leading insurance carrier across the nation offering multiple lines of insurance allowing you to convert one lead into multiple sales when bundling AUTO, HOME, CONDO, RENTERS, BIKE, BOAT, COMMERCIAL AUTO, etc...
Our producers make a base salary based on experience plus an average of $5K-$8K in commissions monthly.
What you will do:
- Learn the basics of insurance sales and coverage explanation.
- Quote and follow up with prospects daily.
- Bind Auto Policies.
- Bundle Multiple lines of Insurance with every customer interaction.
- Work a high volume of warm/hot leads.
Position Details and Requirements:
- Required- 4-40 CSR or 2-20 P&C Insurance License
- Full Time Position Monday- Friday
- This position is not remote
- Bilingual is required, must be fluent in English and Spanish (reading and writing).
- Strong and fast computer skills with ability to multitask within multiple systems.
