This career site is for external applicants only.</b></span> </p><p><u><b>Job Description</b></u></p><p><b>Job Summary </b></p><p><span>The Director of Finance leads the FP&A function, helps manage banking and financing partner relationships, provides commercial support to drive business performance, and partners with P&L leaders to optimize costs and profitability. The Director is also responsible for supporting the growth of our PROPWR vertical, overseeing ongoing forecasting and budgeting processes, owning and refining the financial model, managing the production of board materials, and delivering actionable commercial analysis to support business development and operational decision-making.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead and continuously enhance the FP&A function, ensuring robust forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes in partnership with internal accounting, SEC reporting, and business leaders.</li><li>Own and evolve the Company’s financial model, driving increased sophistication, GAAP accuracy, and flexibility to support scenario planning, alternative investment analysis, and rapid business decision-making.</li><li>Serve as a lead relationship manager with banking and financing partners, maintaining strong communications, optimizing capital structure, and proactively supporting financing initiatives to enable strategic growth.</li><li>Partner with executive leadership and P&L owners to identify and drive cost-reduction opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and deliver actionable insights that enhance profitability across all business units.</li><li>Provide commercial financial analysis and support for pricing, contract structuring, and deal optimization by collaborating closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, business development, and operational leadership.</li><li>Act as a strategic business partner for the PROPWR vertical, providing financial guidance, commercial analysis, and direct support to accelerate its growth and profitability.</li><li>Exhibit initiative by identifying and pursuing high-impact, strategic actions across the organization, championing continuous improvement and supporting innovation in financial processes and business operations.</li><li>Support the full M&A lifecycle—including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and asset/business dispositions—by assisting in financial due diligence, collaborating with advisors, and managing financial modeling for strategic initiatives.</li><li>Work with the Acquisition Execution & Integration team and cross-functional leadership to ensure seamless M&A integration, managing pre- and post-deal critical path activities, and continuously improving integration processes.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and production of board materials, including comprehensive financial updates and analysis, collaborating with sales, operations, legal, accounting, and other functional leaders.</li><li>Present and communicate complex financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive team, providing clear and insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.</li><li>Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the evolving needs of the business.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required</li><li>Minimum 5 years of related experience</li><li>Public company corporate development, institutional investment research experience, and/or investment banking experience or relevant industry experience preferred</li><li>Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with institutional financial reporting systems (i.e., Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ)</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate with senior leaders within the organization and across business lines</li><li>Familiarity with SEC reporting is desirable; however, this is not a technical accounting role and does not require a CPA</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Demands</b></p><p>The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the role’s essential functions.
