Now Hiring: HVAC/Plumbing Apprentice

Are you looking to start a career in the HVAC and plumbing industry? Do you enjoy working with your hands and want to learn from experienced professionals? We're looking for a motivated HVAC/Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position where you'll work directly with a Lead HVAC/Plumbing Technician, learning how to install, service, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. If you have a strong work ethic, are eager to learn, and want a long-term career—not just a job—we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Lead Technician with HVAC and plumbing installations.
- Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers.
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, and water lines.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Load and unload materials and keep work vehicles organized.
- Maintain a clean and professional job site.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company.
What We're Looking For

- Able to work 40+ hours per week.
- Ability to follow directions and work closely with a Lead Technician.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Must live in or around the Nashville, TN area.
