- 6 pm to 6 am
- 4 on / 3 off - 3 on / 4 off rotating schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, dismantle, and repair machinery and equipment; install new or replacement components as needed.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure.
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust, and repair shafts, bearings, gears, and other mechanical components.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components, including transformers, wiring, controls, and electronic equipment.
- Assemble, install, maintain, and repair piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Inspect, repair, and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and associated components.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and urgent maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
- Identify and communicate potential problems, recommend solutions, and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain accurate records and complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems and voltages ranging from 24V to 480V.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment, including multimeters and meggers.
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, and reciprocating saws.
- Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive, methodical approach with a sense of urgency when responding to equipment failures.
- Positive attitude, dependable work habits, and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when operational needs require.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.
- Hands-on experience with three-phase industrial electrical systems.
- TIG and/or MIG welding experience.
- Experience maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
